'Thriller' by the dancing inmates
Inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Philippines do like dancing !! ahaha .. I've did some searching and turns out there's a few more videos of em menari-nari dancing .. well done, kudos !!.. Check out this clip promm youtube ;P ;
